Lushwana Anderson-Stewart
Clinic Operations Manager
Experience:
My background spans operations, strategy, community building, partnerships, and organizational growth. Throughout my career, much of my work has centered on building the structures, systems, and experiences that help people feel supported, connected, and able to thrive.
At Resilient Roots Therapy, I bring that same approach to the operational side of the practice. I help keep things moving behind the scenes — supporting our systems, processes, client experience, and team so that our therapists can focus on the work they do best. I’m someone who naturally thinks about both the big picture and the small details, and I love finding ways to make things work better without losing the human element along the way.
For me, good operations aren’t just about efficiency. They’re about creating an experience where people feel considered and cared for from the very beginning.
"I’m a people-first problem solver at heart. I approach operations by asking, “How can we make this easier, more thoughtful, and more human?” and then figuring out how to build the systems that make that possible."
Fun Facts:
I LOVE to travel — the kind of travel where I want to eat the food, meet the people, explore the neighbourhoods, and come home already thinking about where I’m going next. I’m also an event person through and through, so even outside of work I’m usually the one thinking about the details, the vibe, and whether everyone is having a good time. Give me a great meal, good music, good people, and a new city to explore and I’m very happy!
