Therapy for New Parents & Families in London & Across Ontario
Parenthood can hold a lot of change.
The journey to and through parenthood can take many forms, bringing transitions, challenges, and experiences that may not always look the way you expected.
At Resilient Roots Therapy, we provide affirming, specialized therapy throughout the journey to and through parenthood, supporting different family structures and paths to parenthood.

Your Path to Parenthood Is Your Own
There are many ways to become or grow a family, and no two journeys look the same.
You may be navigating fertility challenges, preparing to welcome a child, adjusting to parenthood, or finding your way through the changes that come with growing your family.
Whether you're a birthing or non-birthing parent, an adoptive parent, an intended parent, or building your family in ways not always reflected in traditional conversations about parenthood, your experience belongs here. At RRT, there is space for your path, your family structure, and everything you're bringing with you.
Affirming Support Through Parenthood & Family Transitions
RRT provides therapy for new parents and families throughout the journey to and through parenthood.
Our approach is affirming, anti-oppressive, and culturally responsive, recognizing that becoming or growing a family doesn't happen separately from the rest of who you are. Your identity, culture, relationships, family structure, and lived experiences can all be part of the conversation.

Therapy may include support for navigating:
✔ Fertility challenges ✔ The prenatal journey ✔ The postpartum journey ✔ Pregnancy or infant loss ✔ Preparing for parenthood ✔ Adjusting to parenthood ✔ Changes in identity and relationships ✔ Different paths to parenthood ✔ Family transitions and new beginnings ✔ Adoption
