Adian Alsadaani (She/Her)

Registered Psychotherapist - Qualifying

Experience:

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and have experience supporting individuals through a variety of emotional, relational, and life challenges. Through my clinical training and practicum experience, I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, and significant life transitions. I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, recognize patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and develop healthier ways of navigating difficult emotions and experiences. I value building genuine therapeutic relationships and believe that therapy works best when clients feel safe, respected, and actively involved in the process.

"I bring a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are while creating space for reflection, growth, and meaningful change."

Specialties:

Fun Facts:

Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, discovering new places to eat, travelling whenever I get the chance, and enjoying a good TV series. I also appreciate the simple things, good conversations, a good cup of coffee, and finding reasons to laugh.

Find Support That Feels Like the Right Fit

Finding the right therapist isn't only about credentials or areas of practice. Connection matters, too.

Your first step at RRT is a 20-minute Discovery Call with our Clinic Coordinator.

We'll learn more about the kind of support you're looking for and help match you with a therapist in the clinic. If you start therapy and realize the fit doesn't feel right, you can come back to us. We'll talk about what wasn't working and help connect you with another therapist who may be a better fit.

Land Acknowledgement

At Resilient Roots Therapy, we believe acknowledgement must be more than words. It requires reflection, ongoing learning, and a commitment to carrying what we learn into how we show up for the people and communities we serve.

RRT’s office is located in London, Ontario, on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabek, Haudenosaunee, Lūnaapéewak and Attawandaron Peoples. We acknowledge the enduring presence, histories, and contributions of Indigenous Peoples on these lands.

Community Acknowledgement

We recognize that systems including colonialism, anti-Black racism, ableism, homophobia, and transphobia continue to shape experiences of mental health and healthcare.

Our commitment to anti-oppressive practice means carrying that understanding into our work through ongoing learning, cultural humility, and care that respects each person’s identity and lived experience.
