Ghazaleh Bozorg (She/Her)
Registered Psychotherapist - Qualifying
Experience:
I work primarily with adults and couples and particularly enjoy supporting clients who may appear capable and high-functioning on the outside while struggling internally with anxiety, self-esteem, perfectionism, trauma, attachment patterns, or relationship difficulties. I also enjoy working with couples who care deeply about one another but have become caught in patterns of conflict, disconnection, or difficulty communicating their underlying needs.
My approach is integrative and draws from relational, attachment-based, trauma-informed, cognitive-behavioural, and emotion-focused therapies. I have additional training in CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing, and I thoughtfully integrate these approaches according to each client’s individual needs and goals.
As an immigrant myself and a therapist who provides services in both English and Farsi, I also value culturally responsive care and the ways culture, family, identity, and life experiences shape how we understand ourselves and our relationships.
"I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be yourself, curious about your experiences rather than judged by them, and supported in developing a deeper understanding of the patterns beneath what you are feeling."

Find Support That Feels Like the Right Fit
Finding the right therapist isn't only about credentials or areas of practice. Connection matters, too.
Your first step at RRT is a 20-minute Discovery Call with our Clinic Coordinator.
We'll learn more about the kind of support you're looking for and help match you with a therapist in the clinic. If you start therapy and realize the fit doesn't feel right, you can come back to us. We'll talk about what wasn't working and help connect you with another therapist who may be a better fit.
