Molly Clark (She/Her)

Registered Social Worker

Experience:

I bring over 8 years of experience working alongside children, families, and community partners, providing advocacy, support, and guidance while helping individuals and families navigate complex systems and access the resources they need.

I also utilize the Gottman Method for couples therapy. I provide a safe space for you, your partner and/or child to explore troublesome thoughts, behaviours, and/or relational disconnection.

"With compassion and curiosity, I will help guide you and/or your loved ones on your path to mental and emotional wellness and greater loving connection. We will discover what strategies work best for you to achieve your goals, improve your relationships, and bring balance, joy and purpose back to your life."

Specialties:

Trauma, CBT, SFBT, anxiety, depression, grief, postpartum, first responders, Relationship Issues, Emotional Disturbance, Family Conflict

etc.

Client Focus:

Individuals, couples, families, Teens.

Fun Facts:

I cannot stand seeing blood in movies - or anywhere else for that matter - yet somehow I absolutely loved both KILL BILL movies, despite the fact that they contain more blood than I’d ever willingly signed up to see!

Find Support That Feels Like the Right Fit

Finding the right therapist isn't only about credentials or areas of practice. Connection matters, too.

Your first step at RRT is a 20-minute Discovery Call with our Clinic Coordinator.

We'll learn more about the kind of support you're looking for and help match you with a therapist in the clinic. If you start therapy and realize the fit doesn't feel right, you can come back to us. We'll talk about what wasn't working and help connect you with another therapist who may be a better fit.

Land Acknowledgement

At Resilient Roots Therapy, we believe acknowledgement must be more than words. It requires reflection, ongoing learning, and a commitment to carrying what we learn into how we show up for the people and communities we serve.

RRT’s office is located in London, Ontario, on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabek, Haudenosaunee, Lūnaapéewak and Attawandaron Peoples. We acknowledge the enduring presence, histories, and contributions of Indigenous Peoples on these lands.

Community Acknowledgement

We recognize that systems including colonialism, anti-Black racism, ableism, homophobia, and transphobia continue to shape experiences of mental health and healthcare.

Our commitment to anti-oppressive practice means carrying that understanding into our work through ongoing learning, cultural humility, and care that respects each person’s identity and lived experience.
